Purpose – relaxing the muscles along the neck and the spine. 

 

Placement of reward – For this I often place a container in front for them to focus on and reward them sometimes. 

 

Training Tips – I use the heel of my palm to do circular massage either side of the spine and neck. This can also be done lying down.
